Andy Flores, from Ocean Springs, Mississippi, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi. A graduate of Ocean Springs High School, he is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in public policy leadership and philosophy at Ole Miss. Andy is a member of the Trent Lott Leadership Institute and an executive on the Lott Institute Student Advisory Board. He is an executive for the First Generation Student Network and a 2022 Truman Scholar. Andy plans to pursue a career in public service, law or government and wants to give back to his community.
