Francesca Patawaran, from Tupelo, Mississippi, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi. She is majoring in general engineering and was selected for membership in the Center for Manufacturing Excellence. Francesca is the logistics chair for the Ole Miss Big Event and currently works in the 3D printing lab at the CME Maker Space. After graduation, she plans to pursue a career in medicine and open a free clinic in a marginalized community.
