Isabelle McGill, from Sikeston, Missouri, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. A political science major with a minor in English, she plans to attend law school after graduation. Isabelle is a member of Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Sigma Alpha, Phi Beta Kappa, Rho Lambda and Ole Miss Pre-Law Ambassadors. She enjoys being involved with Chi Omega sorority, PeriodUM, the Big Event and Access for All. In her free time, Isabelle likes to read, bake and spend time with her family and friends.

Kelsey Mayhan, from Madison, Mississippi, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. An accountancy major with a minor in real estate, she recently accepted a tax internship with RSM US LLP for the winter of 2023-2024 in Nashville, Tennessee. Kelsey plans to return to Ole Miss post-graduation to earn her master’s degree in taxation and data analytics with the Patterson School of Accountancy. In her free time, she loves to bake and listen to country music.

Sreya Maddali, from Madison, Mississippi, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi. A graduate of Madison Central High School, she is double majoring in public policy leadership and biology. Sreya is a member of the Trent Lott Leadership Institute and serves on the Lott Institute Student Advisory Board. She is an ambassador for the Health Professions Advising Office and the Jackson Free Clinic. Sreya is also involved in the Associated Student Body and is conducting research with the Biology Department. In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her two parakeets.

J.T. Johnson, from Fulton, Mississippi, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi. A graduate of Itawamba Agricultural High School, he is finding his new niche on campus after changing his major from music education to biology. In his free time, J.T. enjoys hanging out with his friends, traveling and playing with his dog, Annabelle.

Avery Hughes, from Olive Branch, Mississippi, is pursuing a degree in public policy leadership and computer science and minoring in history. A graduate of Lewisburg High School, she hopes to continue her education by attending graduate school and receiving a master’s degree in computer science. Avery has been involved in the Oxford community through her service at the Oxford Food Pantry and will strive to continue giving back to the community in the future.

Katherine Freed, from Collierville, Tennessee, is majoring in Chinese and accounting. A graduate of Collierville High School, she is a member of the UM Chinese Language Flagship Program and the Haley Barbour Center for Manufacturing Excellence. In her free time, Katherine enjoys reading and going on walks.

Nicholas Dean, from Brandon, Mississippi, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi. A graduate of Jackson Prep, he is on the pre-pharmacy track. Nicholas is a member of the Early Entry program in the UM School of Pharmacy and hopes to work in the pharmacy or medical field one day as a doctor or a researcher. Recently, he successfully defended his Honors College Thesis titled, “Knowledge and Perceptions of Pharmacogenomics among Mississippi Pharmacists.” Nicholas considers himself a history buff and is a great resource for random history facts!

Hannah Grace “HG” Biggs, from Jackson, Mississippi, is currently in her second year as an honors ambassador for the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. She is majoring in Mandarin Chinese with minors in intelligence and security studies and chemistry. HG works as a photography intern for Ole Miss Athletics. She is also a registered freelance photographer with the Associated Press and her work has been published online for a number of national news organizations, including the New York Times. Following graduation, HG plans to pursue work in the field of photojournalism.

Aubrey Bethay, from Madisonville, Louisiana, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi. A graduate of Archbishop Hannan High School, she is majoring in biology at Ole Miss. Aubrey, who is a member of the Associated Student Body and the Delta Gamma sorority, plans to pursue a career in the medical field. She grew up playing soccer from a very young age. In her free time, Aubrey enjoys reading and going for runs.

Connor Beach, from Chattanooga, Tennessee, is a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at the University of Mississippi. A graduate of Ooltewah High School, he is focusing on a computer science degree at Ole Miss. In his free time, Connor enjoys outdoor activities, such as fishing, hunting and playing golf! He also enjoys watching sports and listening to good music.
